Lambing chair in pippy oak :-
pegs and cross wedging detail in black wallnut and the drawer knob in burr bog oak. The project has taken me around eighteen months and cost around £200 in materials.
Vienna style clock (or the "SHAT" regulator) in pippy oak and burr oak veneer :- The timber is off cuts from making the lambing chair and it is fitted with a high quality German mechanical movement. One reason for the lambing chair taking so long is that I tend to start new projects before the last one is finished .

The next project is a small chest of drawers in yew. This is the first picture, the carcass is now glued up and the drawer runners fitted along with the top two dust boards. It will eventualy stand on a shallow plinth with splayed legs.
